TIMS Card Permit for Nepal Trek

National Park Fee will be required to trek in major areas such as:

Conservation Area Fees:
ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Project) Entrance Fee NPR. 2000.00 per person
MCAP (Manaslu Conservation Area Project) Entrance Fee NPR. 2000.00 per person
GCAP (Gaurisankar Conservation Area Project) Entrance Fee NPR. 2000 per person

Special Trekking permit is required to visit Nepal´s restricted areas as per Nepal government state. If you plan to trek in two different areas, two trekking permits are required.

Mustang District

Note: After 10 days US$ 50.00/per day per person for upper Dolpo and upper Mustang.

Manaslu Trekking Permit:
September-November: USD 70.00 for 7 days per person and after 7 days USD 10.00 per person.
December-August: USD 50.00 for 7 days per person and after 7 days USD 7.00 per person.

Tsum Valley Trek:
September-November USD 35.00 per person for the first 8 days
December-August USD 25.00 per person for the first 8 days.

Nar Phu Valley Permit
September - November US$ 90 per week per person and December - August US$ 75 per week per person , Or equivalent convertible foreign currency.

Dolakha District (Gauri Shankar and Lamabagar):
Per week per person USD 10.00

Humla District:
Simikot and Yari (Areas of Limi and Muchu village Development Committee, and area way to Tibet via Tangekhola of Darma Village Development committee)
First 7 days: USD 50.00 and after 7 days: USD 7.00 per day per person

SANKHUWASABHA (Areas of Kimathanka, Chepuwa,Hatiya and Pawakhola VDCs)
For the first four weeks, US$ 10 per person per week and After four weeks, US$20 per person per week or equivalent convertible foreign currency.

Kanchanjanga Region (Areas of Olangchung Gola, Lelep, Papung and Yamphudin VDCs)
US$ 10 per week per person or equivalent convertible foreign currency.

BAJHANG DISTRICT (Areas of Kanda, Saipal and Dhuli)
For the first 7 days, US$ 90 per person and After seven days US$ 15 per day per person or equivalent convertible foreign currency.

Rasuwa district (Tamang Heritage Trail: Thuman and Timure):
USD 10.00 per person per week.

DARCHULA DISTRICT (Areas of Byas VDC)
For the first 7 days, US$ 90 per person and after 7 days US$ 15 per day per person or equivalent convertible foreign currency.

MUGU DISTRICT (Areas of Mugu, Dolpu, Pulu and Bhangri)
For the first 7 days US$90 per person and after 7 days US$ 15 per day per person or equivalent convertible foreign currency.

Lower Dolpa:
USD 10.00 per person per week.

Notes: To get group trekking permit an application form with other relevant documents should be submitted through registered trekking agency of Nepal and Trekking fee can be paid in Nepalese currency. As for new rules, new trekking pass TIMS (Trekkers´ Information Management System) card is required for trekking in all major areas along with National Park entrance permit. Which is USD 20.00/per person. We, Wilderness Excursion Pvt. Ltd arranges trekking permit accordingly before our trekking and tour departure.
