Singu Chuli also known as fluted Peak climbing is an exceptionally outstanding trekking peak expedition in Annapurna localted north of Mount Gangapurna. Singu Chuli is one of the highest trekking peaks in the Nepal Himalaya; it can be climbed by amateur mountaineer with basic climbing experience. Still, Wilderness Excursion suggests that Singu Chuli expedition participants need to be trained as this is physically challenging peak climbing trip in Annapurna region. Basic knowledge of technical climbing skills is required on summit day, such as walking with crampons, zoomers, figure of eight to rappel down so it is preferable that you have used these previously.

We follow legendary Annapurna Base Camp trail route via famous Ghorepani Poon Hill trek that allows participants to get physically acclimatized and tackles good physical fitness. From Chhumrung the trail goes up to Modi Khola (River) valley, our itinerary passes through many beautiful Gurung and Magar villages above the Modi upstream. You will be amused greatly by cultural and natural sites while approaching the Singu Chuli climb. Encounter with many regular Annapurna Base Camp trekkers sharing warm cozy dinning with them until Machhapuchare Base camp and acclimatization hike to famous Annapurna Base Camp is an exceptional part of the trip. Despite all these six days set aside for the summit Singuchuli including climbing with full support of crew members in tented camp. Leading to the Singu Chuli expedition through narrow gully being the most challenging portion of the trip. Climbing the much stiffer proposition below the Summit is some technical difficulties on this climb; however the views from the top are beyond belief and make all the tough effort worthwhile.

Our all climbing expedition are led by experienced and well-trained climbing guides who has good communication skills comparatively and high altitudes medical judgment to undertake entire responsibilities to complete the trip successful and safely. We also try and support team members to join this Singu Chuli peak climbing who has better understanding and positive attitudes what to expect on such Adventure holidays. A climbing permit is required Singu Chuli Peak that costs USD 400 for Spring (March – May), USD 200 for Autumn (Sep – Nov) and Winder (Dec – Feb) and Summer (June – Aug) respectively cost USD 100/100 per person, climbing permits only can be arranged only through a registered trekking company.

Our company representative will greet you at Kathmandu International Airport but make sure about our representative with your "Name Plate" at the arrival gate. You will be then transferred to Kathmandu Guest House. You can either relax in the afternoon or hang around. We have short briefing about your trip. Overnight in Kathmandu Guest House.

Wilderness Excursion will arrange permits and prepare rest of thing for next day departure to Pokhara. You have choice to go around Kathmandu valley and visit ancient old Hindu and Buddhist temples, medieval old royal palaces (Durbar Squares) at Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Patan. Visit to Boudhanath will be remarkable experience since it is one of the biggest stupas in Nepal. And, Swayambhunath located top on the mount in the city known as the Monkey Temple will also captivate you. Also, you could visit Pashupatinath, at the bank of Bagmati River which is one of the Hindus sacred places. Stay overnight in Kathmandu Guest House.

After breakfast, departure to Pokhara (200 km) drive for 6-7 hours by tourist bus, or car depending upon the number in your group. You will be driving through exciting panorama of river and landscape. On the other hand, you might take a flight to Pokhara from Kathmandu which takes half an hour. Then, you will get into the hotel and you relax in the afternoon on your own. You can visit around lakeside area or you can go for boating on Phewa Lake. Overnight at hotel.

Drive to Nayapul from Pokhara by car/van. It takes 1½ hours to get to Nayapul (1070m) and start the trek to Tikhedhunga. It is an easy walk of 3 hours to Tikhedhunga through Birethanti and Ramghai. We walk through the bank of Burundi Khola and stay overnight at lodge.

Our journey continues after hot breakfast at around 08:00 o’clock in the morning. Today, it is a bit demanding steep walk up of stone staircase to Ulleri for about one and half hours. Lunch break at Banthanti and beyond Banthanti, the trail goes through magnificent rhododendron and oak forests. It is 6/7 hours walk in total to get to beautiful Ghorepani. Stay overnight at lodge. 

An early-morning hike up to Poon Hill/3210m for amazing brilliant sunrise and panoramic view of high Himalaya, It takes about 45 minutes and 400 meter walk up to the view point. After enjoying sun rise and Mountain View come back to hotel and after breakfast trek to Tadapani/25400m. Stay overnight at lodge.

Leaving Tadapani, the triail descends down through forest and we can hear birds chirping. After walking down about 45 minutes the trail goes very steep downhill through the terraced field to Kimrung Khola, cross the suspension bridge and walk to Gurjung, the trail ascends up after Gurjung village during 45 minutes then straight walk to Chhmrung at the elevation of 2170m. It takes 4-5 hours from Tadapani to Chhumrung. Stay overnight at lodge.

First we walk down then come across the bridge then go up to Sinuwa Danda. The trail comes transversely to thick rhododendron forest taking to Khuldighar. After that, we move down a lengthy and vertical stone steps into bamboo and rhododendron jungles through which we arrive at Doban. Overnight at guesthouse.

Walking from Dovan, we will arrive at a point where we will be surrounded by huge snow-topped peaks. Moving ahead to Machhapuchhre Base Camp we reach at a set where the views of Mt. Annapurna South, Himchuli, Annapurna III, Annapurna I, and, definitely, the Machhapuchhre itself enchant us. And then progress to Annapurna base camp. The area is surrounded by the peaks and is renowned as Annapurna Sanctuary. Overnight at guest house.

We make an excursion to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m). The area is encircled by the peaks and is recognized as Annapurna Sanctuary. This set gives you an impressive view of huge peaks including Annapurna I, Barah Shikhar, Annapurna South and many other giant peaks. We walk back to Machhapuchhre Base Camp. Overnight in lodge.

Today we will climb to reach Tharpu Chuli Base Camp which offers a matchless view of the complete Annapurna Sanctuary, a wonderful circle of hanging glaciers surrounded by some of the gigantic peaks. Peaks. As soon as we reach at Tharpu Chuli base camp, we set our camp for overnight stay. Overnight in tented camp

Today from Tharpu Chuli base Camp we will trek to Singha Chuli Base Camp which lies at an elevation of 4600m. And it takes around 4 hours to reach to the base camp. Overnight at tented camp. 

Today we summit Singha Chuli (6501m) and trek back to Tharpu Chuli base camp, Overnight at tented camp.

It is wise to add additional day and make the itinerary flexible just in case if we need extra day to climb or if bad weather conditions. It is spare day. We can utilize it down extending the trek or relaxing in Pokhara if not used while climbing Singu Chuli. Overnight in tented camp.

We move early morning and witness the wonderful sunrise over the peaks from Base Camp. Then, we move down through MBC, Deurali, Himalaya and eventually reach Dovan. We gradually, walk down to reach the valley where we again see the waterfalls that pours down from a high above. Overnight in lodge at Dovan.

Leaving Dovan we walk down to Bamboo then we have a vertical way up to the Kuldi Ghar then Sinuwa, following the stone steps that take us to Lower Chhomrong. After that, we ascend on the stony steps that lead us to Upper Chhomrong. From Chhomrong, optionally we can we walk down to Jhinu Danda. Here, we will take bath at natural warm water spring. Overnight at guest house at Jhinu.


Passing all the way through the striking surroundings early in the morning and travelling for 7 hours we return back to Kathmandu. On arrival at Kathmandu you will be transferred to the hotel and rest of the day rest or explore the surrounding areas. We have a farewell dinner to night and see off your support team and overnight at hotel.

Today, our airport representative will drop you to the airport and then you will depart from Nepal.
